Описание: After TWO DAYS I think I finally got all my SUNDAY PREP done. Recipes below.

Beef Vegetable Soup
8 beef soup bones
bay leaves, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Place in electric pressure cooker and fill to "fill line" with water. Set on soup/stock setting and allow to naturally release and then leave it until it's cool. Meanwhile cut up vegetables of your choice. Once meat is cooled, shred (which was very easy, the meat was so tender). Put meat, veggies, barley, beef stock and more seasoning to taste in crock pot. Cook on high until it boils and then turn to low and cook until veggies are tender.

Potato Salad
6-8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into chunks
8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
diced celery
diced onion
sliced radishes (I didn't have any this time, but they add a nice crunch and color)
Miracle Whip, salt, pepper, and dry mustard to taste
This gets better the next day!!

Popcorn Balls
Huge bowl of popcorn, unpopped kernels removed
2 10 oz. bags of marshmallows
1 stick butter
Make like you would for rice krispie treats.

Cheese fries

Roll out into large baking sheet. Bake half way, top with butter, garlic powder and mozzarella cheese. Then finish baking. Cut into strips and dip in Ranch dressing or marinara sauce.

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
Make according to video. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes, swirl chocolate. Bake an additional 20-25 minutes until light brown.

I make mine larger than the recipe calls for and I flatten them just a little and be sure to undercook a bit and let them rest on the pan for a couple of minutes to insure chewy cookies (if that's what you like).
