Ended the day with a visit to the Emperor Tea House, tasting different traditional Chinese teas and learning more about the rituals and flavors behind them.
Later in the evening, we went out for dinner at a local Chinese restaurant to try regional dishes and experience Beijing at night — slower, quieter, and more intimate.
No rush, no script.
Just food, tea, conversation, and documenting the end of the day.
This trip is being shared day by day, sometimes split into multiple parts.
