This is Day 3 of Combat HIIT. This is a High Intensity Interval Training 30-day program that incorporates martial arts based moves to improve speed, coordination, endurance and overall fitness. It is also great as part of your weightloss strategy. No martial arts experience is required.
There is active rest built-into the program itself so throughout the 30-day period there is ample time to recover.
