In this 40-minute reformer class you can expect a full body workout, with a little extra heat on the glutes and core. She's a spicy one, but I had so much fun planning and teaching this class, so I hope you love it.
There are many options and layers available to you throughout the class; if any of the layers become too much, stick with the one that felt best in your body. Take breaks when you need and really try to focus on your mind-muscle connection, especially in the 4-point series.
This was inspired by Vicalates class I did recently that I loved and just had to recreate. Enjoy!!
