Ok, ladies, let’s try a really challening abs workout today! This time we’re going to do only exercises lying down on the floor so don’t forget to bring your yoga mat.

During this intense training session we’ll engage our obliques as well as upper and lower abs and I pretty sure at the end of it you’ll feel you muscles soring and burning!
