Once in a while I enjoy going back to slow conscious low impact pilates workouts. And my good old loop band always makes them more effective and challenging. Resistance band helps me make pilates sessions more versatile and adaptive, building endurance and muscle strength. I also feel some positive effect on my flexibility, stability and joint mobility. So, I want to share with you, dear ladies, some full body mini band exercises that I really like practicing regularly! Please, have fun!
