They are the Girl Horse Rangers from Shepperton, Middlesex. "The Rangers were formed with very modest aims by the owner of the riding club they use as headquarters. So many girls had offered to help in the stables so that they could be near horses, that he decided to give them an opportunity of realising their ambition by using the club on Sundays... Jobs like feeding and grooming the horses properly, are carried out under the expert eye of experienced horsewomen like Eileen Tuchak from Canada" - tells the voiceover.
