They say, the pleats in a chef’s toque represent the number of ways a chef can prepare eggs. Yet, many cannot cook and peel a perfect soft boiled egg.
Always use a pot which is approximately sized. Give the eggs space. Do not over crowd the pot. Start with tap temperature water. Don’t over think this.
