𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒
Mix seeds - 265 g
Flaxseed powder – 45 g
Desiccated coconut – 40 g
Cinnamon – 2.5 g
Salt – 1.5 g
Vanilla – 5 g
Liquid mix:-
Peanut butter – 80 g
Coconut oil – 20 g
Honey – 60 g
Warm water or milk – 30 ml

𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃
Preheat oven to 160°C and line a tray with butter paper.
Mix seeds, flaxseed powder, desiccated coconut, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
Whisk peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, vanilla and warm water into a thick paste.
Pour over dry mix and combine till everything is sticky and holds when pressed.
Spread on tray and press very firmly to about ½ cm thickness.
Bake 20 min at 170-180°C, now break them into smaller pieces and bake againfor 8–10 min at 140-150°C till light golden.
Cool completely before breaking — it crisps while cooling.
