This class all level vinyasa flow class is centered around discovering and creating a LIFE YOU WILL LOVE.
Central theme is from a quote by Maya Angelou - "Live life as though it was created for you." How many of us our doing that. Living our JOY and our purpose. If money was not an object - what would you be doing? Your passion and joy. So many of us don't live this way because we are busy living for everyone else and not living for ourselves. Often we feel this is a selfless act but it's SELFISH. It's selfish because we are cheating all those around of us of the JOY and PURPOSEFULLY CENTERED LIFE we could be living and giving to them, through our example.
Our yoga practice is the BEST place to start to discover the LIFE that was created for me, by doing what Feels good, rather than looks good. We will move through this all level flow and find a balance to what we want and what we have been doing and find a way to bridge the two - through practice and repetition.
I hope you enjoy this class of learning how important and vital you are to this world - JUST AS YOU ARE!!
I love this journey you have started and am so excited to hear about your results. Yoga is for everyone and it will find you where you are today but it will keep expanding in your body and heart until you get bigger and bigger. Be patient in finding what you can do. The number one rule to yoga is BE PATIENT. Learn to be mindful on how it feels in your body and through that little space you make you will keep getting more of aware of what you can do and how you will change.

AVOID: if you have any injuries, joint problems, medical limitations (knees, wrists, elbows, shoulders, or any area of the body that hurts or just doesn't feel right. Avoid jumping or forcing movements that do not work on your body as some poses and moves require balance, flexibility and strength, so be mindful, take your time and as ALWAYS listen to your body first. If your are unsure about adding any exercise to your regime seek the guidance of your doctor or other medical professional.
