Описание: Join me for this gentle Pilates class for beginners. The focus of the class is to move your body in a way that feels kind and compassionate. The moves in this class are suitable for complete beginners.

Each move is repeated 3-6 times. I have added a voiceover track. Don't worry about following every instruction on the first go. The more you do revisit and practice, the more information you'll be able to absorb.

The main focus is to stay within your pain-free range and to breathe in and out evenly (you'd be surprised how many people hold their breath).

Before each class please check that: Any equipment or props that are being used are well-maintained and are in good working order. There is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstructions or obstacles, free from furniture, equipment and other hazards . Please remember the area above (such as light fittings above your head) if standing. Have access to any small props such as towels, cushions if needed to support the head, knees etc. You are wearing suitable clothing for Pilates as you would do in a face to face class.
