Welcome to Day 6 of the challenge—a slower, stretch-focused Pilates flow to bring ease and freedom back into your body.
After yesterday’s stronger mat class, today we return to a more gentle pace. This session is all about softening, releasing, and inviting fluidity into your movement. There’s no right or wrong way to do it—just let your body guide you.
If you’ve been carrying any tension (physically or emotionally), this class offers you space to gently unwind. You’re invited to move intuitively, explore what feels good, and allow yourself to take up space—without pressure, without performance.

– A focus on breath, ease, and fluid movement
– Encouragement to let go of “doing it right” and just feel
You’re almost there—tomorrow is Day 7 and our final session together in this challenge. I’m so proud of you for showing up.
