With no Personal Trainer around and no WWE Superstars to be seen, I used the MOGY App to get a great workout in while on the road at Rosemont Health & Fitness, Illinois. My PT Rob MacIntyre pre-programmed the MOGY App with my workout so I was able to crush Chest, Biceps & Back and keep track of training sessions. Thank you technology... Brave Change.
