Super Simple Baked Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash Recipe 1

INGREDIENTS:
2 Sweet Potatoes (cut into 1/4" size triangles-see video)
1/2 Medium Sized Butternut Squash cut into small cubes
1/2 TBSP Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Garlic Salt (option to sub in garlic powder if salt free)
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Umami Powder (optional)
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS:
**Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
1. Place cut up sweet potato and butternut squash in a mixing bowl.
2. Drizzle Vegetable broth over sweet potatoes and butternut squash, toss with hands to coat.
3. Mix seasoning together in a small dish and sprinkle mixed seasonings on sweet potato and butternut squash, toss with hands or with a large spoon, distributing seasoning evenly.
4. Spread sweet potato and butternut squash on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Check and turn pieces over, it's worth it to take the time to make sure all the pieces get moved around, it will help to crisp them up a bit!
7. Bake for 20-25 more minutes.
8. Let cool on counter for 5 minutes to crisp up a bit more.
9. Serve with your favorite veggies for a perfect Starch Solution meal, enjoy!!!

5 small red, yellow, or orange peppers cut into rounds OR 1 Red Bell Pepper (yellow or orange would work nicely also) cut into strips
1/2 TBSP Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Garlic Salt (option to sub garlic powder if cutting down on salt)
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Umami Powder
1/2 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS:
