कफ पित वायु मल मूत्र भरे हैं,
The body is flesh, blood, urine, and such fluids
सोई देख नर करत गुमाना ।।
And you are proud of that

राजा राज छोड़ के जैहैं,
The king will depart leaving the kingdom behind
और खेती करत किसाना ।
And so will the farmer
योगी यति सती सन्यासी,
Yogis Mystics Saints Sanyasis
ये सब काल के हाथ बिकाना ।।
All are sold out to time and destruction

मातु-पिता सुत बंधु सहोदर,
Parents, Offsprings, Siblings, Friends
ये सब अपने स्वारथ आना ।
All relate and act in self-interest
अंत समय कोई काम न आवै,
They are of no help in the moment of death and destruction
प्राण नाथ जब करहिं पयाना ।।
When life leaves the body

भजन प्रताप अमर पद पाईये,
Remember the Truth and gain freedom from death
शोक मोह चिंता नहीं आना ।
Sorrow attachment and worries will not trouble then
कहैं कबीर सुनो भाई साधो,
Says Kabir, Listen O Sadho!
गुरु चरण पर रखो ध्याना ।।
Remain focussed on the feet of the Guru

FREE HEARTS CAMP:

Under guidance of Ms Anushri Mishra, Anubodh Foundation engages in conducting 3-4 days Camps at the foothills of Himalayas, close to cities like Nainital, Uttarkashi etc. Along with kids, their parents are also invited to participate in the Camp. It provides a rich learning experience to all participants. Young professionals take part in many activities like wisdom sessions by Anushri Mishra, role-play, reading wisdom literature, conducting group discussions, singing, dancing, trekking, taking bath in river, and painting etc. The serene environment, and being in lap of nature itself heal one's stress.The Camp rejoices being in the company of Acharya Prashant, founder of PrashantAdvait Foundation.

The Camps prove to be a unique learning experience for the participants, imparting them wisdom, and parallely helping them bond better with their work.
