INGREDIENTS
For pizza dough:
2 cups of flour
2tbsp of sugar
1tsp of instant dry yeast
2tbsp of olive oil
1tsp of salt
3/4 of warm water
For marinating chicken:
500g of chicken
1tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
1tsp of chicken powder
1tsp of paprika
1tsp of black pepper
1tsp of mixed herbs
1tsp of salt
1tbsp of olive oil
For pizza sauce:
500g of tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 diced onion
1tsp of chilli flakes
1tsp of oregano
Fresh basil
1tsp of salt
2tbsp of olive oil
Pizza toppings:
1 green bell pepper
2 jalapeno chilli
onion (diced)
2 - 3 cups of mozzarella cheese (grated)
