If you watched this whole video, and you’re still here, have you ever felt a tightness in your chest from stress or anxiousness like I have???
Here’s how I locate this point, warning it can be tender…
▫️ Place your hand flat under your armpit.
▫️ Slide your hand down your side toward your ribs.
▫️ About halfway between your armpit and the bottom of your rib cage, you’ll find a tender spot along the side of your body (often between the 6th–7th rib space).
▫️ That’s SP21. It usually feels a little sore when pressed.
Tip: You can use your fingertips or even the palm of your opposite hand to press or massage in circles. Hold for 30–60 seconds while taking slow breaths.
