This is a Heroic VII Tier 1 boss in the Dark Knights Solo Raid of Injustice2mobile that not only has some lethal attack resistance but done hidden resistances that come into play when certain teams use puppet.
I was glad I was able to oneshot this guy with ascended freeze puppet but it took a while to get this guy frozen. An exciting close oneshot in the end.
