The 33-year-old female victim who was shot and burned inside a car last Monday was laid to rest today, March 13. The other male victim in the crime was buried yesterday.
Police investigation is ongoing with the arrest of the primary suspect in Isabela who was identified by the police because of a selfie sent by the female victim to her husband abroad moments before the crime happened in Peñaranda.
