Winter Lake District Wild Camp on Clough Head Summit, In The Hilleberg Nammatj 2 ⛄️🥶

Описание: In this video I catch the train to Penrith Train Station where I get my connecting bus to Keswick, which somehow brakes down, a sign things weren’t going to plan. The weather in Keswick was a lovely sunny day, unfortunately I missed my planned breakfast in weatherspoons so wonder around Keswick market for an hour before catching my second bus to Thirlmere.
My plan was to hike from Clough Head summit to Helvellyn over the next three days, but the weather had other plans for me. After reaching a very Clagged in summit I decided to pitch on Clough Head rather than continuing. The night bought wind, rain and snow, I awoke to a snow covered tent and summit. This wasn’t going to plan and I decided to call it a day and make my way back down. Sometimes the weather decides for you and on this one it certainly did.
