This is a series of videos where I'll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45
Lonestar description: Lonestar is a unilateral based resistance workout with a movement twist. Work around the room before pivoting in the opposite direction for the second lap! This workout will promote equal strength across the body.
Here is the Checkmate layout and timing:
1 POD TOTAL
12 stations
2 laps
2 sets at each station
30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds work, 20 seconds to move
