Ingredients
For the Dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tbsp fresh curd (yogurt)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
Water as needed
For the Satvik Sauce:
3 medium tomatoes (boiled & blended)
A few fresh basil leaves
½ tsp black pepper powder
Rock salt (sendha namak) – to taste
1 tbsp ghee or vegetable oil
For the Toppings:
½ cup paneer cubes
½ cup capsicum (diced)
¼ cup corn
A few olive slices (optional)
½ cup fresh mozzarella cheese and paneer
Tulsi leaves (for offering)
Method
Step 1 – Prepare the Dough:
Mix flour, curd, oil, baking powder and water to form a soft dough. Cover and rest it for 20 minutes.
Step 2 – Make the Satvik Sauce:
Heat ghee/olive oil in a pan, add hing, blended tomatoes, basil, pepper and rock salt. Cook until thick.
Step 3 – Prepare the Toppings:
Chop capsicum, corn, paneer cubes and keep mozzarella/paneer ready.
Step 4 – Assemble the Pizza:
Roll out the dough, spread the satvik tomato sauce, add cheese/paneer and arrange the toppings.
Step 5 – Bake:
Bake at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until the base is golden and the cheese melts.
Step 6 – Offer:
Place the pizza in a plate, add fresh Tulsi leaves, and offer it to Krishna with love. Only after offering, honour it as prasadam.
🌸 Tip:
You can experiment with toppings like zucchini, spinach, or bell peppers – but always keep it satvik and made with devotion.
