It is absolutely important to create a good coaching culture in the organization in order to enhance the performance. There are many steps to create a coaching culture and first of them is developing an external coach provision. Secondly, you need to enhance capacity of the internal coaches. The third step is to encourage your leaders to actively support the coaching endeavors because without their support, they are not going to produce results. Finally, you also need to promote team coaching and organizational learning.
