Ujjayi Pranayama is the conquerors breath, which in practices is directing breath to the back of the throat and making a sound of the ocean. This technique helps with stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, asthma, the build up of phlegm and low physical endurance.
Sama vritti Pranayama means same or identical and is the practice of creating is uniformity in all parts of the breath. For beginners practice inhaling & exhaling for the same count.
