Описание: Welcome to Day 6 of our Feminine Flow series.

Today’s class is all about your legs, feet, ankles, and hip crease — especially if you deal with swelling, heaviness, stiffness, or that purple-tint feeling at the end of the day. If you wear heels, stand a lot, or your feet tend to get tight, this flow is going to feel amazing.

We start seated, working one leg at a time, and I’ll guide you through gentle fascia work that instantly brings circulation, lightness, and sensation back into your lower body.

✨ In today’s flow, I guide you through:
• Skin pulling on the front and back of the leg
• Toe mobility (flex, point, isolations + circles)
• Foot coordination to wake up the entire lower chain
• Leg isolation for mobility and fascia release
• Knee decompression for hips + jaw release
• “Snake bite” ankle work to restore movement and hydration
• Deep foot unwinding — like a full massage in one minute
• Hip crease opening to free the psoas, womb space & lower back
• Sensation work to restore pleasure and connection in the pelvis

You’ll notice I emphasize moving your toes individually — because our toes reflect our emotions, just like our fingers reflect our thoughts. Waking them up brings emotional flow back into the body.

We also move into the hip crease, which is one of the most important areas for women.

This work helps:
• lower-back pain
• pelvic tightness
• womb space stagnation
• numbness during intimacy
• circulation and lymph flow
• emotional safety in the lower body

As we release this area, we’re not only letting go of tension — we’re also making space for more sensation, pleasure, and presence. Your body cannot feel pleasure unless it feels safe, so these movements help rebuild safety and intimacy between you and your body.

Your Homework
Try walking around after you finish one leg — notice how different it feels. Notice the tingling, the lightness, the sensation coming back. Tell me in the comments what shifted for you and if you felt more aliveness or pleasure in your legs and hips.
