In today’s class, we move through the body in a simple, grounded way to open the three main areas that tend to hold tension when we sit too long, think too much, or feel stuck.
This is a full-body reset you can do standing, seated, or even at the office.
In this class, we:
– Open the hips, legs, and lower body
– Release tension in the back, pelvis, and belly
– Wake up the knees, feet, and circulation
– Loosen the neck, jaw, face, and head
– Breathe, move, and reconnect with the body
– End with a grounding moment to feel calm, clear, and present
Everything is adaptable.
Use a chair. Go slow. Make it yours.
This is about getting out of your head
and back into your body —
so you feel lighter, more awake, and more like yourself.
