Step away from distraction and into presence with this somatic meditation practice. We begin by noticing the world through the senses, then gently guide awareness inward to reconnect with the language of the body.
This is not about clearing the mind. It is about learning how to listen.
✨ Ideal for: stress reduction, emotional regulation, body awareness, meditation beginners
✨ Focus: interoception, sensory awareness, guided stillness
✨ Length: 60 minutes
Arrive scattered. Leave acquainted with yourself again.
🎬Recorded Live on Zoom June 22, 2025
