Описание: Using classic one legged forward folds, seated side stretches, and twists can regulate the nervous system, release tension in the body, and either provide a gentle wake-up for your morning or a gentle wind-down for your evening or before bed. The restorative poses - child's pose and belly twist over the bolster - at the end add an additional way to deepen your practice by providing the space to feel embodied again.
