Ingredients 😀
500 grams keema (minced meat)
3–4 medium onions, finely chopped
7–8 green chilies
2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon roasted cumin and black pepper powder
1 teaspoon crushed red chili
Salt to taste
1 big bowl makhana (fox nuts)
1 cup fresh cream 🍲
Creamy Makhana Keema Recipe
Heat a pan and add minced meat (500 g keema). Add 3–4 medium finely chopped onions and 7–8 green chilies. Now add 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin and black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon crushed red chili and salt to taste. Mix everything well and cook on medium flame.
When the keema starts cooking, add one big bowl of makhana (fox nuts) and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame so all the flavors combine nicely.
Now add 1 cup fresh cream and mix well. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the gravy becomes creamy and rich.
Your delicious Creamy Makhana Keema is ready. Serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
