For the curious, here's what Baki's training regimen would look like:
6AM: Light breakfast (half a pig, a dozen bowls of soup)
7AM-9AM: Non-stop wood chopping until your upper back is cramping up
9AM-11AM: Weighted uphill sprints (no breaks, do them on rocky terrain for extra instability)
11AM-1PM: Find a tree, pummel it until it turns into firewood (that you will be chopping later)
1PM: Middle-sized lunch (fifty slices of bacon, enough potatoes to feed Ireland)
2PM-4PM: Push-ups (on your fists or you're a wimp) for 30 sets of 200
4PM-6PM: Squats until you pass out from dehydration
6PM-8PM: Rope climbing until the blisters on your hands beg you to stop
8PM: Monster dinner (eat ragout until your pants bust open)
9PM-6AM: Sleep hoping the monstrous ape outside doesn't eat you during the night
