1 cup yogurt
2 tbs ginger and garlic paste
2 tbs coriander powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp white cumin seed powder
1/4 tsp mace
1 1/2 garam masala powder
1 tsp salt - or according to your taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 medium cushed fried brown onion
2 tbs lemon juice
3-4 chopped green chillies
1 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup chopped mint
1 cup cooking oil
