1kg boneless lamb meat
4 onions
1 garlic bulb
4 tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp tumeric powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup water
800g kareley
1 cup cooking oil
2-4 green chillies
some coriander
1 tsp garam masala powder
some oil to fry kareley
Hello and Asalam Alaikum to all of my brothers and sisters.
Today I have am sharing a traditional Pakistani Recipe called Karela Gosht.
Karelas are very healthy because it is rich in Vitamin C and it boosts your immunity. This dish comes along with a variety of different types of masala, spices, fresh ingredients and one of it's finest touches.
Karela Gosht is very flavourful and little bitter taste of karela with a mild tangy taste of tomatoes cooked with other spices make a perfect dish to eat in lunch or dinner.
So go ahead and follow my simple step by step recipe to get the taste that's higher of your expectations.
