This is a Fit Mama Mini-Workout for our Fit Mama Club and Fit Papa Club members!
What is Fit Mama?
What we do
We offer online personal training solutions for women, who are mothers. Clear and concise fitness, nutrition and mental health advice, guidance, strategies, community and one-to-one coaching. We work with these women through their pregnancy, after their labour and when they return to work.
In early 2019 we also recognized the needs of the father and opened our Fit Papa Club - an online subscription offering the same - access to fitness videos, online webinars, personal trainers, a community and much more.
Working through HR and executive teams, we assist businesses, large and small, to offer a bespoke workplace wellness "white-label" product range - giving these businesses the edge in the employment field.
Who is behind Fit Mama?
Michelle Caira created Fit Mama in 2010, following a 12-year successful career as a corporate banker. She is a certified Master PT, seasoned entrepreneur and mama.

In this workout:
Fillers:
10 reps of spidermen PLUS 10 reps of tricep dips
Round 1:
10 reps of inchworm touches + Fillers
R2:
15 x in/out jump squats + Fillers
R3:
20 x burpees + Fillers
R4:
25 x lunges (each leg - and do static, jumps or pulses) + Fillers
R5:
30 x skater kicks (count one side only, or if tight for time count each leg) + Fillers
Remember:
1) warm up before the work out and cool down/stretch after the workout
2) stop any exercises if you're feeling unwell, dizzy, or short of breath
