Cooking time: Grilled the Porterhouse Steak for an hour. Firstly I seared all the sides for approx 5 minutes. Then turned the steak over on its bone (element) spent the next 35 minutes like that. While rubbing my basting over the meat regularly I kept it on direct heat for the whole duration. Lastly I re-seared all the sides for a quick 3 to 5 minutes. Removed this beautiful cut of meat and rested for about 25 minutes. The outcome was amazing. Please watch to the end to experience the actual cutting of this meat.
