Описание: In my opinion, one of the easiest and best ways to cook the ''perfect steak". All you need is a great cut of beef, some salt and pepper, butter with some fresh thyme, and a traditional cast iron pan. Check out my secret for the perfect crust on this steak.

Recipe
∙ 1.3 kg Beef ribeye
∙ Canola oil
∙ Salt & pepper
∙ Butter
∙ Fresh thyme
(The secret to a great crust on your steak is to salt your steak and leave it on the counter for at least 30m - 1h. This slightly dries out the exterior of the steak, without drying out the steak. You will end up with a juicy steak and flavor-packed crust, delicious!

Grilled Mushrooms
∙ Butter
∙ 500 grams White button mushrooms
∙ Salt and pepper

Bacon Hasselback potatoes
∙ 4 large potatoes
∙ 400g smoked streaky bacon
∙ Canola oil
∙ salt & pepper

Lemon butter
∙ 150g butter
∙ 1 tablespoon lemon zest
∙ 1 tablespoon dried parsley
