Описание: I did this workout 3 times back when it launched. I realized I didn't have it on film and the group wanted something like this that wouldn't conflict with programming. so, here's our start to Open prep with 20.1 10 rounds of 8 Ground to Overhead, 10 Bar Facing Burpees. My best time back then was 11:44. I got at 5 a.m. this morning with literally no warm up 11:26. So I'll take that as a form of progress. More importantly, my goal was to go unbroken on the G2OH and I succeeded. Enjoy!
