GO THROUGH EACH CIRCUIT 3 TIMES.
Circuit 1
-Eyes Closed, Runner Position Hold, 3x30 seconds each side
-RDL Flow Hops, 3x8 each side
-Cross Step, Sprint, Breakdown, 3x6 alternating
Circuit 2
-Runner to Lateral Push, 3x10 alternating
-Tennis Ball Bounce & Catch, 3x6 each side
-Alternating Cross Steps, 3x16 alternating
Circuit 3
-Marker Jabs, 3x10 alternating
-Open & Push, 3x10 alternating
-Shuffle to Open & Cross, 3x8 alternating
