Hello My Beautiful People! Welcome back to the Garden! Last week I did a piece called Pure Energy, using a Transparent Base on a dark Prussian Blue base. I loved the electrical look that the Amsterdam Pearls created, and I want to play with that concept more. One of my viewers had suggested a metallic purple background, so that is what we are using tonight! lets get started!

Im using a 15x30 gallery wrapped canvas from Artists Loft,

Prepainted Base:
Amsterdam Blue Violet
Lumiere Pearlescent Violet

Transparent Base :

Im using my squeeze bottles again tonight to dispense the paint.
Interestingly there seem to be thicker more bold lines in the dried result, meaning it did not spread as much as previously, Its still pretty, but I really like that dragged color bleed effect.. looking at the dry result you can see what I mean on the left side of the piece, versus on the right. I think that the colors didnt get anchored on the right side, leaving thicker bolder lines. I prefer the anchored look personally.

I do think this piece came out very cool. I love the pearl blue and the pearl yellow is lovely against the dark background. The 24 K Gold is a much brighter gold and super blingy. There is no sun today, but I will show you the bling in the next video.
