At almost 39, juggling family, work, business, and life, I’ve realized I’m not chasing elite performance anymore. I’m chasing consistency, health, and the ability to show up — for myself and for my kids.
In my 20s, training was driven by ego:
Looking good
Lifting heavier
Running faster
Chasing numbers
Now?
Motivation looks different.
It’s about:
Staying healthy as I move into my 40s
Avoiding injuries
Being active with my kids
Enjoying life and social moments without feeling broken
