Boneless Shredded Chicken Approx. 250g, pre-boiled
Boiled Potatoes 2 pieces

Oil and Butter For sautéing
Garlic (Lehsun) 3-4 cloves, finely chopped
Onion (Pyaaz) 2 pieces, finely chopped
Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) 2-3 pieces, finely chopped
Bell Peppers (Capsicum) Green (and other colors if desired)
Carrot (Gajar)
Green Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) Finely chopped
Spices & Seasoning
Salt To taste
Roasted Cumin Powder (Bhuna Kuta Jeera Powder)
Paprika Powder / Red Chilli Powder (Mirch Powder)
Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) About 1/2 tsp
Oregano
Tandoori Masala
Sauces & Binder
Hot Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
Mayonnaise (Mayo)

Mayo-Mint Dip (for Spreading)
Ingredient Preparation/Quantity (as mentioned)
Hung Curd (Dahi) 2 Tablespoons
Mayonnaise (Mayo) 1 full Tablespoon
Coriander-Mint Chutney/Dip 2-3 Tablespoons
Note: The Coriander-Mint Chutney is made simply with fresh coriander (dhaniya) and mint (pudina).

For Assembly
Sandwich Bread
Butter (for toasting/grilling)
Cheese (Optional, for flavor and protein)
