🧾 INGREDIENTS (Clean Version)
• Tomato – 2 large (make juice)
• Rava – 1 cup
• Mustard seeds (Kaduku)
• Urad dal (Uzhunnu parippu)
• Chana dal (Kadalaparippu)
• Dry red chilli
• Onion – finely chopped
• Green chilli
• Ginger – chopped
• Curry leaves
• Salt – as needed
• Ghee – 1 tsp
• Water – as required

🍳 METHOD
1. Heat pan, dry roast rava till aroma comes. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil + ghee, add mustard seeds.
3. Add urad dal, chana dal, dry red chilli – fry till golden.
4. Add onion, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves – sauté well.
5. Pour tomato juice, add salt – cook till raw smell goes.
6. Add water and bring to boil.
7. Slowly add roasted rava, stir continuously.
8. Cover & cook for 3–4 minutes.
9. Finish with ghee. Mix well.
