I’m joined by celebrity fitness trainer Jay Cardiello and breathwork and meditation coach Raj Trivedi for an honest conversation about strength training for women, how to work out during perimenopause and menopause, and why copying celebrity routines often leads to burnout rather than results.

Jay has trained global icons like Jennifer Lopez, 50 Cent, and Sofia Vergara.
