Mascarpone Polenta
Serves 4-6 as a side
Ingredients:
750ml water
250ml cornmeal
80ml mascarpone
30gr. butter
80ml parmesan cheese
Directions:
Bring water to a simmer
Slowly add cornmeal, in a slow steady stream, stirring constantly
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 10-15minutes
Add salt and pepper to taste, turn off heat
Stir in mascarpone, parmesan, and butter
Serve
