如果你有心口痛、呼吸不順、背脊及肩膊痛等症狀,有可能你是胸椎第一至第四的神經線受壓。這些神經線是負責上胸部的器官包括心臟、肺、肝臟、膽及附近肌肉。如果我們常常寒背、姿勢不良、頭向前傾就會令到上頸椎上的脊骨出現錯位,而導致神經線出現受壓情況。當神經線受勞損,身體便出現很多痛症。嚴重者可以出現手麻痹及冇力。
Dr. Joe 會教大家幾個運動去幫助改善上胸椎的問題,包括背肌太弱、胸大肌太緊、寒背等等。如果沒有這問題也可以每日做來當保健,非常簡單易學一定幫到你。
In this video, Dr. Joe talked about the exercises for the thoracic nerve (T1-T4) impingement. Usually, it occurs when the patient has a poor posture with sm anterior head carriage. This will cause shoulder pain, back pain, trouble breathing, and chest pain. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the best exercises for back pain relief, open the chest wall, and stop slouching!!!! Remember, if during or after doing the exercises, you feel more pain and discomfort, please consult a doctor for further professional treatments.
