حضرتها ببطاطا مقلية رصّيتها في الصينية، غطّيتها بخليط البيض والمعدنوس ودخلتها للفرن حتى تشد روحها.
حشيتها بدجاج متبل مع بصل وثوم وزيتون (اختياري) وزدت جبن باش تجي كريمية أكثر، وبعد اللف رجعتها للفرن تتحمر.
رافقتها بصوص الشامبينيون بالكريمة والجبن اللي عطاتها لمسة فاخرة ومذاق متكامل 🤍

Today I’m sharing an easy potato roll stuffed with chicken ✨
Golden and slightly crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside 🤤
The taste is absolutely amazing — just like a restaurant-style dish ⭐
I prepared it with fried potato slices arranged in a baking tray, covered with a mixture of eggs and parsley, then baked until set.
For the filling, I used seasoned chicken with onion, garlic, and optional green olives, plus cheese for an extra creamy texture. After rolling it, I baked it again until nicely golden.
I served it with a creamy mushroom sauce with cheese that adds a rich and elegant flavor 🤍
