Judge rules meth pipe can be used as evidence in Kent Cody Barlow case

Описание: The state called in their witnesses on Wednesday, and the defense finished their examination of a crash deconstructionist for the second half of Kent Cody Barlow’s preliminary hearing in Provo’s Fourth District Courthouse.

Barlow faces charges of first-degree murder for the 2022 deaths of Hunter Jackson and Odin Ratliff, the two Eagle Mountain boys he is accused of crashing into while driving high on methamphetamine at 120 miles per hour.

Since the beginning of this case, court documents have shown defense attorney Ben Aldana’s motive of calling into question the entire investigation process from start to finish, and that showed in court.
