Top 11 Ten Books on "Deliberate Practice"

"Deliberate Practice" is the term scientists use to describe the fastest method of gaining expert skills. It includes hyper-intentionality and focus in practicing the most important skills that lead to improvement. It also typically involves breaking down skill movements into pieces, and then slowly practicing these pieces to understand and learn them. Later, the pieces are integrated into one, unified movement. Then the skill is "stress tested" as we add speed, complexity, and competitive stress to the improvement process.
