In 2017, he conducted a workshop on Creative Writing in Islamabad. Thats where I met him. He has a genuine desire to share his craft with all would-be writers. He owns The Writers Institute in Lahore. The group is often treated to online meet ups with British authors.
He often conducts workshops on different aspects of the craft of writing.
Awais Khan has written on topics that are mostly kept silent. His first book, In the Company of Strangers, has been selected for a movie in UK. No Honour was his second book which is based on the horrific custom of honor killings in Pakistan. Someone Like Her, is his third novel, and In the Shadows of Love is his fourth book.
