Vlog

Описание: A vlog about the ludo game at Waliya's home, Sadia, Sajida, Esha, Komal and I were all there. (Faizan had gone for his trip to Thailand.) We had a great game, and dinner. I chat with you here and there, and then I attend an event at The Black Hole. It is a discussion about the book by Amin Kunjahi, Piyar ka Aakhri Sheher. It was a wonderful discussion that took place between the panelists and guests. Mostly about the book which is based on Amin's trip to UK, and Amin Kunjahi's thoughts about the country. Naturally, the comparisons with Pakistan become inevitable. So, much to learn. It was wonderful to see Kokab Khwaja there, she is a popular author of recipe books, and travel books also. Her television programs of PTV were very popular. Now, she is also a vlogger.
Apparently, Kokab was a guest at Amin Kunjahi's Punjabi radio program Tarinjan. I've also been a guest on this program twice. It is taking Punjabi language to another level in our times. Amin, has also written a book in Punjabi. He has written a total of seven Urdu books.
I love to attend such events, as you know. I'd encourage you to do so too. Whenever the opportunity arises, do attend it. Writing and authors have so much to do with the soul.
Islamabad is the city where great authors and poets of Pakistan like Mumtaz Mufti, Qudratullah Shahab, Faiz Ahmad Faiz, Ashfaque Ahmad, Bano Qudsia, Iftekhar Arif have lived, stayed and had 'mehfils' where they exchanged their thoughts. Today, we have Iftekhar Arif, Uxi Mufti, and many other authors, who need to be seen and heard.
You will always enjoy the event. If nothing else, you've enjoy the tea and samosas afterwards!
(Though we didn't have that in this event, but we didn't miss it either!)
