Sourdough Baking with 5 Qt Dutch Oven in the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro

I show in this video how to bake in a 5 qt Dutch oven in the Breville Smart Over Air Fryer Pro.
You bake at 480 F for 20 minutes, covered in a Dutch oven. I put 2 ice cubes to create steam, but you can leave these out to simplify the process.

Pre-heating is an important step. Make sure the base has reached at least 480 F before covering with the lid, to pre-heat further. The Dutch oven must be very hot by the time you start baking, otherwise, the dough will not "bloom"!
